Job description

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Corporate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and engaging with corporate clients across the UAE to promote and sell our range of professional training programs, certifications, and customized corporate learning solutions. This role requires a strong network, excellent communication skills, and a passion for education and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and generate new business opportunities by reaching out to corporates across various industries.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with HR departments, L&D teams, and decision-makers.
  3. Promote and sell corporate training programs, upskilling certifications, and customized learning solutions.
  4. Conduct presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  5. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  6. Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to client needs.
  7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  8. Collaborate with internal academic and operations teams to ensure successful program delivery.
  9. Attend industry events, networking sessions, and business forums to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  10. Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education/training or corporate services sector.
  3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  4. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. UAE market knowledge and existing corporate network preferred.
  6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
  7. Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across the region.
