IT Technical Engineer

The IT Technical Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and implementation of IT solutions for clients. This role requires a strong understanding of networking, systems administration, and customer service.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. Proven experience as an IT Technical Engineer or similar role (2+ years preferred).
3. Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and network protocols.
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
