Education And Academic Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in computer engineering, computer science, IT, or a related field from an accredited university.
2. Any other certification will be a plus (Microsoft, Cisco, Apple, etc.).

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

1. Microsoft Windows, Mac, and general desktop support issues.
2. End-user devices like printers and scanners.
3. Audio and Video systems like projectors, mixers, etc.
4. DNS, TCP/IP, and other networking concepts.
5. Ability to work under pressure.
6. Customer care skills.
7. Adaptability and flexibility.
8. Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language is an advantage.
9. Develops an awareness of and respect for the customs and cultures of the organisation.
