IT Support Technician Fresher

Location: UAE
Salary: AED 2500 Accommodation

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
2. Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications.
3. Assist in setting up and managing company IT infrastructure.
4. Ensure smooth operation of computers, printers, and other peripherals.
5. Support end-users with basic IT queries and provide training when necessary.
6. Maintain documentation of IT assets and user issues.

Requirements:

1. Education: Diploma in IT or a related field.
2. Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior internship or training is a plus.
3. Skills: Basic knowledge of networking, troubleshooting, and IT systems.
4. Soft Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
5. Other: Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
