Minimum 7 to 10 years of proven working experience
Strong skills in at least one scripting/programming language (preferably Python)
Very comfortable with Microsoft Enterprise Platforms, Unix/Linux, and VMware Systems
Able to dive into code, handle customer escalations, and drive to resolution in a timely manner
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on documentation
Demonstrable focus on the customer, including the ability to see past individual break/fix incidents to understand the customer’s setup and requirements, and the ability to build relationships with customer engineers
Ability and desire to occasionally work in the Determined codebase to tackle bug fixes, supportability improvements, and features
Your Tasks
Need to have good knowledge of Installation, Troubleshooting Hardware and Software configuration including Networks and a little bit of Cyber Security.
Ability for Installation, Troubleshooting and Management of:
Red Hat Linux
Windows Server 2008 R2
Windows 2012
Windows 2016 Server installation in HPE Server
Active Directory, File server, DNS & DHCP, Active Directory configuration Knowledge.
Ability for Installation, Troubleshooting and Management of HPE Server / Storage and Network Technology, besides knowledge of Cisco UCS, Network+, VMware, VCP, Server+, HP-AIS, etc. (these would be preferred).
Must need to have HPE Enterprise Certifications.
