IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist with hands-on experience in implementing, managing, and supporting Odoo ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of our ERP system.

• Key Responsibilities:

Odoo ERP Implementation: Lead and manage the implementation of Odoo ERP modules based on business needs.

• System Configuration: Customize and configure Odoo modules, workflows, and settings to align with organizational processes.

Technical Support: Provide day-to-day technical support for the Odoo ERP system, troubleshoot issues, and ensure minimal downtime.
Training & Documentation: Train end-users on the use of Odoo ERP modules and create comprehensive documentation.
System Maintenance: Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and backups.

• Collaboration: Work closely with different departments to understand their needs and tailor the Odoo ERP system to improve efficiency.

Integration: Integrate Odoo ERP with other third-party applications as needed.

• Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in implementing and supporting Odoo ERP in a business environment.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Odoo ERP modules.

• Experience with Python and XML.

Familiarity with PostgreSQL and Linux.

• Knowledge of APIs and third-party integration.

Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Education: A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

• Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications: Odoo ERP certification is a plus.
Experience: Experience in a support role within a manufacturing or retail environment.
Project Management: Experience managing or coordinating ERP projects.
