We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an IT Support Specialist. As an integral part of our organization, the IT Administrator will play a crucial role in upgrading, installing, and configuring new hardware and software to align with company objectives.
Responsibilities:
Upgrading, installing, and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
Providing hardware and software support for desktop computers and other end-user devices like printers and scanners.
Helping newcomers with onboarding (providing computer, help with an email account, access to IT systems, etc.), and assisting HR with the IT off-boarding process.
Being responsible for the inventory of IT equipment.
Providing IT support.
Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) or Intune.
Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience with Linux servers in virtualized environments.
Familiarity with the fundamentals of Linux scripting languages.
