Our primary focus for the IT Support Specialist is to ensure that a company’s employees can use software and hardware to complete their daily tasks with high accessibility and full support. The candidate will support our two company branches in Egypt and the UAE, providing technical assistance and support to end-users and internal teams, ensuring smooth IT operations and resolving technical problems promptly.
