IT Support Officer

• Keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them.
• Installed and configured computer hardware operating systems and applications, as well as monitored and maintained computer systems.
• Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
• Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate).
• Resolving IT support requests from employees.
• Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems.
• Changing configurations, settings, and permissions to fix computer issues.
• Generating sign-ins for new hires during the onboarding process.
• Logging all service requests and updating tickets as needed.
