IT Support Engineer - NAFFCO
Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support to employees regarding computer systems hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
- Monitor and maintain the company's network and server systems.
- Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems by implementing appropriate security measures.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on systems and software.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
- Train employees on the proper use of software and systems.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to improve processes and systems.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems hardware and software.
- Experience with Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with networking, server systems, and security systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
