IT Support Engineer

Purple Rock IT Solutions is a provider of comprehensive IT solutions, security control, and security systems based in Dubai. They offer a wide range of security solutions, IT infrastructure services, annual maintenance services, and event rentals. Purple Rock is a leading service provider for CCTV surveillance, certified by the Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA).

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Engineer at Purple Rock IT Solutions in Dubai. The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, system administration, and help desk support on a daily basis.

• Technical Support and Information Technology skills
• Troubleshooting and System Administration skills
• Experience in Help Desk Support
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus
