IT Support Engineer
Job description
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree or higher in IT Field (Academic)
- Network+ or Cisco CCNA Certified
- Full understanding of PC components
Key Responsibilities:
- Upgrading and downgrading RAM and Hard Drives
- Proper backup of user data in case of emergencies or replacing PCs
- Troubleshooting printers, scanners, and resolving regular issues
- Cooperating with support teams as per the service contract for printers/scanners and the networking team in SFD
- Proper documentation of assets as per SFD criteria
- Monitoring printer cartridges and stock availability
- Good understanding of AV equipment to prepare meetings and connect or share content to videowalls
- Reporting daily work using the internal system in SFD
