IT Support Engineer

Zahr Freighters is seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team in Dubai. This role is vital in ensuring smooth IT operations by providing technical support, troubleshooting system issues, and maintaining IT infrastructure to enhance overall business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to employees, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, including computers, printers, and network devices.
• Ensure cybersecurity protocols are followed to protect company data.
• Assist in software updates, patches, and system upgrades.
• Monitor IT infrastructure and proactively address potential issues.
• Maintain documentation of IT assets, configurations, and support tickets.
• Collaborate with vendors for IT equipment procurement and maintenance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, networking, and IT security.
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and cloud-based applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple support requests efficiently.
