Key Responsibilities

2. Efficiently respond to and resolve customer support tickets, ensuring timely resolutions.
3. Collaborate with the development team to relay customer feedback and participate in software improvement discussions.
4. Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and technical issues in our support system.
5. Conduct training sessions for clients on the effective use of software tools.
6. Identify and document recurring issues to facilitate proactive resolutions.
7. Stay updated on software updates and industry trends to provide informed support.

Requirements

1. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Experience in technical support, software troubleshooting, or a similar position.
3. Strong technical knowledge of software and hardware systems.
4. Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
5. Proficiency with help desk software and CRM systems.
