IT Support Engineer

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in deskside support.
2. Good knowledge of Windows 10, Outlook, Exchange, and Active Directory.
3. Good written and verbal communication skills.
4. Hands-on experience with printers and IP phones.
5. Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to improve overall IT support capabilities.
6. Basic knowledge of ITSM tool usage and ITIL processes.
7. Basic understanding of IP protocols and Office 365.
8. Google Suite (Workspace) administration experience.
9. Responds to and resolves all assigned calls within prescribed SLA.
10. Manages own workload; diagnoses and fixes issues of end-user systems related to hardware and software.
11. Complies with service levels pertaining to end-user support.
12. Works with third parties to resolve various technical issues.
13. Updates Call Management System, clearly specifying progress and resolution details.
14. Accountable for installation of software, IT asset management, printer service, LAN connectivity, etc.
