IT Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
2. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
3. Monitor system performance and ensure security measures are in place to protect company data.
4. Assist with software updates, patches, and system upgrades.
5. Manage IT-related documentation, including user manuals and system reports.
6. Support the IT team in implementing new technologies and improving efficiency.
7. Respond to IT service requests in a timely and professional manner.

1. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
4. Familiarity with networking concepts, firewalls, and security protocols.
5. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
