Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and IT infrastructure.
• Respond to IT support requests from employees and resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Monitor system performance and ensure security measures are up to date.
• Assist in setting up and managing user accounts, email configurations, and data backups.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement upgrades and new technologies.
• Maintain documentation of IT processes, issues, and resolutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, networking, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and cloud-based applications.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
