We are looking for a young, passionate IT Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help our customers install applications and programs. The ideal candidate is an all-rounder with strong experience in both Windows and Mac environments.
To be qualified for this role, you should hold a degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering. Microsoft, Cisco, Linux, or similar certifications are a plus. If you're naturally a problem solver, enjoy assisting people with computer issues, and can explain technical details in a clear and simple manner, we'd love to meet you.
