IT Support Engineer

Hatchfit Physiotherapy Clinic is seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to maintain and enhance our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations across all systems. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional passionate about troubleshooting and improving IT efficiency in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
2. Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, including servers, workstations, and peripherals.
3. Ensure data security, backups, and disaster recovery protocols are in place.
4. Manage user accounts, permissions, and IT-related documentation.
5. Maintain and update medical software, electronic health records (EHR), and other clinic-related applications.
6. Conduct regular system maintenance, updates, and security patches.
7. Collaborate with vendors and service providers for IT-related requirements.
8. Support telecommunication and video conferencing systems.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
3. Proficiency in Windows, macOS, networking, and troubleshooting methodologies.
4. Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and data protection policies.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
6. Prior experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage.
