2. Installation and troubleshooting office software and third-party software.
3. Installation and troubleshooting of Operating systems.
4. Installation of CCTV cameras, DVR configurations and resolving cameras related issues.
5. Troubleshooting internet issues at user end, coordinating & taking follow ups with ISP vendor during downtime of Lease line to ensure fastest recovery of internet service.
6. Resolving issues of Desktops & laptops of users, also coordinating with various vendors for part related issue.
7. Maintaining department wise IT Assets & CUG connections.
8. Troubleshooting landline phones related issues.
9. Daily checking VC system and troubleshooting if there any issues.
