IT Service Management Lead

Arcus Search are looking for a IT Service Management Lead for an organisation in Abu Dhabi to own and define the Service Management framework across the group.

Role: IT Service Management Lead

Location: Abu Dhabi

Salary: 50,000 - 80,000 AED

The role:

This role will be the custodian of the Service Framework, as well as ServiceNow - coordinating with Incident, Problem, Request, Release, Architecture teams - and having responsibility for Strategic & Tactical Initiates.

This will be the first hire into the ITSM capability, and you will have the opportunity to build a team of ITSM consultants underneath you.

What you need:

• 10+ years of experience within ITSM
• High capability within ServiceNow
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, preferably v4
• Success implementations of ITSM transformations within an enterprise organisation
• Expertise in cloud-based service management, AI-driven ITSM, and digital service automation
