Job Title: IT Hardware Sales Executive

Location: Dubai, UAE

Department: Sales

Reports To: Sales Manager/Head of Sales

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Hardware Sales Executive to join our sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of IT hardware products to clients across various sectors, driving revenue growth, and establishing strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT hardware sector, targeting both new and existing clients.
  2. Product Promotion: Effectively present and demonstrate our IT hardware products to potential clients, highlighting their features and benefits.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  4. Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to identify opportunities and threats.
  5. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
  6. Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and feedback to the Sales Manager, highlighting successes, challenges, and market insights.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and support teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of products and services.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the IT hardware industry within the UAE market.
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  3. Skills:
  4. Strong understanding of IT hardware products and solutions.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  9. Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred).
