Sales and Business Development

  • UAE experience only
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Present and demonstrate IT solutions, products, and services to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Cold calling and generating own leads and clients.
  • Conduct needs assessments for clients to provide tailored IT solutions.
  • Address customer queries and concerns effectively and promptly.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects regularly to convert opportunities into sales.

Market Research

  • Stay up to date with the latest IT trends, products, and technologies.
  • Analyze competitor products, services, and pricing strategies to ensure the company’s offerings are competitive.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and prospects in CRM software.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance and pipeline status to management.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant data for management review.
  • Work with the technical team to ensure product demos and solutions meet customer needs.
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the company’s network.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in IT sales or technology-related sales roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions, including software, hardware, networking, cloud services, etc.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
