We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP IT Project Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of SAP S4/Hana Rise implementation across multiple modules and business lines. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing SAP projects in the UAE/GCC region, with hands-on experience as a lead Project Manager in SAP RISE/S4-Hana ERP implementations. This role demands expertise in modules such as Proaxia VSS, FICO, Material Management, Emarsys, SAC, CX Sales & Service, and Extended Warehouse Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, scope adherence, and quality.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and manage resource allocation effectively.
• Module Implementation: Oversee the implementation of SAP modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and business needs.
• Change Management: Facilitate organizational change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
• Team Coordination: Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all project phases.
• Status Reporting: Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and next steps.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• 10-15+ years of experience managing SAP projects in the UAE/GCC region.
• Successfully led at least two SAP implementation projects as the lead Project Manager.
• Technical Expertise:
• Proven experience implementing the following SAP modules:
• Proaxia VSS
• FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling)
• Material Management
• Emarsys
• SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud)
• Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
• Project Management Skills:
• Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP certification is highly desirable.
• Regional Expertise:
• Strong understanding of local business practices and cultural nuances in the UAE/GCC region.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage diverse teams and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience with integration and migration projects within the SAP ecosystem.
• Knowledge of emerging SAP technologies and best practices.
