As the Project Manager, you will lead and streamline project execution across multiple domains, working closely with the Head of Products, internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders. This role demands exceptional leadership, business acumen, a data-driven mindset, and a proven ability to manage large-scale implementations and integrations across diverse platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Strategic Oversight
   • Lead cross-functional teams with inspirational leadership, fostering accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
   • Work closely with the Head of Products to align project goals with organizational strategies and priorities.
   • Demonstrate strong business acumen, ensuring projects deliver measurable outcomes and business value.
   • Take a highly data-oriented approach, leveraging metrics and analytics for decision-making, progress tracking, and performance measurement.
2. Project Management & Delivery
   • Oversee multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
   • Establish and maintain robust project tracking, reporting, and escalation mechanisms, incorporating data-driven insights.
   • Collaborate with tech and product leads to define realistic timelines, priorities, and milestones, supported by quantitative analysis.
   • Continuously evaluate project risks using data to prioritize mitigation strategies effectively.
   • Manage vendor relationships with commanding authority, ensuring SLA adherence and timely delivery.
   • Negotiate contracts and enforce penalties for non-compliance.
   • Use a data-driven approach to monitor vendor performance, ensuring alignment with company expectations.
   • Define clear project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business and product priorities.
   • Use data-driven methods to estimate and prioritize tasks effectively.
   • Exhibit exceptional decision-making skills, supported by clear metrics and insights, particularly in high-pressure environments.
3. Technical Collaboration
   • Collaborate closely with tech leads and the Head of Products to understand system architectures, dependencies, and bottlenecks for seamless delivery.
   • Facilitate problem-solving discussions, ensuring technical challenges are resolved swiftly.

Key Skills & Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in project management roles within tech, blockchain, or crypto industries.
• Proven track record of managing multiple large-scale implementations and integrations, particularly in tech-heavy environments.
• Strong leadership skills, with a focus on driving accountability and collaboration across teams.
• Excellent business acumen: Understand organizational goals and ensure projects deliver business value.
• A highly data-oriented mindset: Ability to use analytics and metrics for tracking, reporting, and decision-making.
• Proven experience in vendor management, including negotiating SLAs and enforcing penalties.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills with acute attention to detail.
• Ability to manage complex timelines, dependencies, and resource allocations effectively.
• Technical proficiency: Familiarity with blockchain, crypto wallets, exchanges, DEXs, and staking contracts is a strong plus.
• Proficient with project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, Agile, or similar certifications are an advantage.
• Experience working with blockchain vendors or on crypto platforms is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience with projects involving blockchain forks, token contracts, DEXs, and staking mechanisms.
