Requirements:

1. Bilingual in Arabic and English
2. Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
3. Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum, Prince2)

Responsibilities:

1. Comply with FTA internal and external policies, processes, procedures, and guidelines
2. Manage the project's scope, time, cost, resources, quality, issues, and risks
3. Communicate timely project status to top management through project steering committees and review meetings
4. Involve end users in the solution development through storyboarding sessions and scenario walkthroughs
5. Gather end user feedback and enhance the solution to meet their expectations
6. Apply project change management tools and techniques to manage changes in scope, time, and cost
7. Utilize the offshore/onshore model to deliver the overall solution
