IT Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in software development to coordinate a team of developers (ReactJS, React Native, Node.js), as well as manage occasional DevOps and HTML/CSS resources. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring project progress, ensuring deadlines are met, maintaining quality standards, and facilitating communication between the client and the development team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Tracking: Establish timelines, delegate tasks, and oversee milestones to ensure on-time delivery.

2. Team Coordination: Lead and motivate both in-house and remote developers working with ReactJS, React Native, and Node.js.

3. Client Communication: Gather requirements, provide regular updates, and address any project challenges in a timely manner.

4. Quality Assurance: Review progress against technical specifications and ensure best practices are being followed.

5. Resource Management: Collaborate with DevOps and HTML/CSS professionals on an as-needed basis to optimize costs and timelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT or software development field.
• Basic knowledge of technologies such as ReactJS, React Native, and Node.js.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to solve problems and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) .
