Job description
Project Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate and manage resources, ensuring projects are adequately staffed and equipped.
- Timeline Management: Ensure projects are executed within the stipulated timeline, adjusting plans as necessary.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and milestones.
- Quality Assurance: Implement stringent quality checks to ensure project deliverables meet the desired standards.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. PMP or similar certification is a plus.
- Over 7 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within the financial sector.
- Proven track record of successfully overseeing large-scale IT projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
