IT Project Manager

Project Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
2. Resource Allocation: Allocate and manage resources, ensuring projects are adequately staffed and equipped.
3. Timeline Management: Ensure projects are executed within the stipulated timeline, adjusting plans as necessary.
4. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
5. Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and milestones.
6. Quality Assurance: Implement stringent quality checks to ensure project deliverables meet the desired standards.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. PMP or similar certification is a plus.
2. Over 7 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within the financial sector.
3. Proven track record of successfully overseeing large-scale IT projects.
4. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
5. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
