Prepare project plans and external-facing specifications from technical requirements produced by IT and/or Technical Services teams.
Liaise with internal resources and external partners, vendors and/or resources on current and future projects.
Monitor daily progress of projects and provide timely detailed updates to the Global Head of Infrastructure and IT as well as other key stakeholders.
Create and maintain Technical Documentation regularly.
Realign timescale expectations where programme and project slippage has occurred.
Collaborate across a global and multicultural remote team.
Qualifications
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written. Any additional language is a plus.
Experience as a Project Manager or Lead, or related work experience in administering project plans/timelines.
Swiss/EU nationality or existing working permit in Switzerland is required.
Working experience in hospitality and/or hotel pre-openings would be highly desirable, although not essential.
Proven experience with using Smartsheet.
Understanding of project management processes, standards, and governance.
Proven experience in stakeholder management, providing service to internal stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability and desire to meet project, task, and/or assignment deadlines.
Strong focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and consistency of work.
