Job Description Provide daily technical support for regional users at corporate regional offices as well as pharmacies to ensure all regional employees and locations are sustainably up and running as needed.
Accountabilities
Supporting daily operation of corporate users at branch offices and maintenance offices monitoring and support office services, network, IP phones, Meeting rooms, Printing and infrastructure devices.
Implement IT Corporate projects and ensure End users devices (Corporate & Stores) compliance with IT standards and policies.
Act as a point of contact for Nahdi internal department and third level of escalation, receiving the escalations in case of third-party SLA breaching cases.
Collaborate with the third parties during the project implementations for stores operations (new retail applications, pharmacies HW and technology refreshment).
Support in the execution and the development part of stores operations at offices and then hand it over to the third parties (retail applications preparation, devices configuration for new openings, ROBOT, QMS, Drive Thru, etc.).
Testing new systems and applications patches before deployment to ensure applications of operations excellence and quality control standards.
Conducting regular site visits to all assigned regional stores, to ensure good relationship with end users and maintain their satisfaction and NPS.
Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.

Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1 hour break) (on call 24/7)
