Job Description: We are seeking an experienced IT Manager with a strong background in digital marketing technologies. This role will focus on integrating and optimizing IT systems to support marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless technical execution of campaigns, and managing key digital marketing platforms and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the implementation, integration, and maintenance of digital marketing platforms like CRM, CMS, email marketing, analytics tools, ensuring smooth operation and alignment with business goals.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to provide technical assistance for online campaigns, SEO/SEM, and other digital marketing efforts, ensuring platform effectiveness and performance tracking.
3. Manage data analytics tools to generate actionable insights, including the development of dashboards and automated reporting, to monitor digital marketing performance.
4. Ensure the ongoing optimization of websites, landing pages, and mobile apps, focusing on performance, SEO, and user experience to support marketing objectives.
5. Oversee the security, privacy, and compliance aspects of marketing technology systems, ensuring adherence to data protection and regulatory standards.
6. Manage third-party vendor relationships and evaluate new marketing tools and technologies to improve digital marketing capabilities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

• 1+ years of experience in IT management, with a focus on digital marketing technologies.
• Proven expertise in managing CRM, CMS, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
• Experience supporting SEO, SEM, and content marketing initiatives.

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with cloud-based solutions, marketing automation, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
• Experience with data privacy regulations (GDPR) and security best practices.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
