Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the IT infrastructure, systems, and network operations across the company.
Ensure the security, efficiency, and reliability of IT systems, including POS, PMS, and CRM solutions used in hospitality operations.
Plan, implement, and manage software upgrades, hardware installations, and system integrations.
Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner.
Manage IT budgets and vendor relationships, including procurement of IT hardware and software.
Monitor and maintain data security, backup systems, and disaster recovery plans.
Collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance teams to align IT solutions with business needs.
Research and implement new technologies to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT management, preferably within the restaurant chain, cloud kitchen concepts, etc.
Proficient in hospitality systems like PMS, Warehouse Management Systems, MICROS, etc.
Strong knowledge of network architecture, hardware, and software systems.
Experience with cybersecurity and compliance regulations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Certification in IT-related fields (e.g., CCNA, ITIL, Microsoft, or CISSP) is a plus.
