IT Lead 9 months contract

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead the IT integration and transformation as part of a shared services project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT strategy infrastructure and systems integration with expertise in supporting shared services models.

Key Areas of Work:

1. Lead the IT integration process within the shared services transformation project.
2. Develop and implement IT frameworks and strategies that align with the shared services model and organisational objectives.
3. Oversee the design and integration of IT systems to support shared services operations across Finance, HR, Procurement, and Facilities Management.
4. Ensure IT policies and practices comply with industry standards, data security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional leads to identify technology needs and implement scalable IT solutions.
6. Provide technical leadership to optimise system performance and ensure seamless transition to shared services.
