Job Description:

1. Develop and implement IT strategy/Standard Operating Procedures in line with Group Corporate objectives to meet business and IT requirements.
2. Develop and obtain approval for Service Level Agreements for IT Infrastructure hosting and support and ensure timely implementation, availability of services to meet IT needs of individual businesses.
3. Work closely with third party IT service providers to negotiate and propose cost effective and efficient IT solutions for the clients and company as per the requirements and initiate the purchase request and do technical comparison.
4. Plan, organize and integrate cross-functional information technology projects that are significant in scope and impact.
5. Manage project plans, goals, and budgets; identifying resources needed.
6. Ensure implementation of approved IT policies and procedures with regards to control and security aspects for compliance.
7. Manage IT assets of the group companies and clients, ensuring regular development and upgrades to provide the most appropriate technology to meet user’s needs.
8. Prepare and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance schedule to ensure integrity of the IT operations at clients’ facilities, monitor and maintain good health of IT systems.
9. Assist other divisions in resolving complex technical problems and investigating the root cause of problems and recommend SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and timely) solutions.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by the Direct Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Bachelor Degree in Electronic/Computer Engineering/IT or related field. Master's Degree is an advantage.
2. 6-8 years minimum experience in IT industry as IT Professional with at least two years in project management.
3. Experience in Cloud computing, Networking, Wireless, Backup Solutions, Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, Microsoft Exchange and other IT Security Systems. Any certifications in these areas are an advantage.
4. ITIL Certified will be preferred.
5. Familiar with latest know-how and trends in IT infrastructure, cloud and network operations center.
6. Must be innovative with a high degree of initiative and a positive attitude and a desire for continuous learning to keep abreast with the industry.
7. Full driving license.
