Job description

• Provide L1 and partly L2 support services.

• Basic/good knowledge of in-house network infrastructure (Switching, Firewall, Access Points, UPS, Video Conference).

• Basic/good knowledge of PC and MAC hardware.

• Basic/good knowledge of AV/VC equipment and preferable be familiar with ZOOM and Teams.

• Basic/good knowledge of CCTV system and building access.

• Must have good social and communication skills.

• Can work easily with all levels in the organization and with different nationalities and cultures, especially with C-levels.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 years of experience.
