Inspect personal computer equipment, as well as install hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers, and disk drives on user's premises.
Ensure ongoing and consistent maintenance and update of the Group's active directory.
Install and configure specified software packages such as operating systems, business applications, and other office tools; perform maintenance and troubleshooting.
Provide on-site and remote support to users' requests in relation to networking, operating system, system hardware diagnoses, software, and operator problems.
Initiate applications troubleshooting for business applications, point of sale, etc.
Initiate systems/network troubleshooting and monitoring; ensure that defective components are replaced as needed.
Manage the reported requests and incidents on the service desk system, and provide updates, status, and completion information.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
2-4 years of experience in a similar field.
Experience in Windows operating systems and networking.
