Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  2. Perform tasks related to user accounts management.
  3. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
  4. Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk.
  5. Manage and maintain IT assets according to our company policy.
  6. Provide technical assistance and support for incoming concerns and issues related to systems, software, and hardware.
  7. Repairing and replacing equipment, as necessary.
  8. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues.
  9. Maintain technical documentation and service catalogue on installation of software, configuration of hardware and problem troubleshooting.
  10. Escalate issues to higher levels of support.
  11. Follow-up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
  12. Open support tickets with vendor and follow-up to resolve the issues in timely manner.
