Charterhouse is working exclusively with a family office based in Abu Dhabi to recruit an IT Support Specialist with a customer-oriented mindset to join their dynamic IT team.
About the Role
About You
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related fields, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT helpdesk support. Our client is looking for someone with a strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems, along with deep knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office Suite, and remote desktop support.
The ideal candidate will also have a proven track record of working across cross-functional IT projects and a working knowledge of ITIL. Qualifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or HDI-Desktop Support are an added advantage. A strong technical background, coupled with excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented approach to service delivery, are essential for this role.
