We are looking for an IT General Manager to join our client, who are a leading organization in Dubai. As the General Manager, you will to lead strategic initiatives, oversee technical project execution, and drive business expansion into new markets with a wide range of new products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Oversee IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Identify and capitalize on business opportunities and partnerships.
• Lead the development and launch of new IT solutions and products.
• Manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Establish performance metrics and drive team development.
• Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving measures.
• Oversee IT infrastructure improvements and regulatory compliance.
• Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA, MSc, or equivalent) preferred.
• Certifications in project management (PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum Master) and relevant IT fields (MCP, CCNA, cloud, cybersecurity).
• 15+ years of IT industry experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in software development, IT project management, and enterprise technology solutions.
• Proven success in business development, financial management, and cross-functional team leadership.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies, cybersecurity, compliance (GDPR, ISO), and emerging tech (AI, machine learning, blockchain).
