IT Executive (Emirati national)

Our client is a leading global technology firm based in Dubai, with a commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, is urgently seeking to recruit fresh graduates UAE Nationals with Family Book to work as a Junior IT / IT Executive.

The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support to our internal users, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide first-line technical support to internal users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
2. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
3. Set up user accounts and permissions, ensuring data security and confidentiality.
4. Assist in the deployment and maintenance of software applications and updates.
5. Monitor system performance and conduct routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal operation.
6. Respond promptly to user inquiries via phone, email, or in person, and escalate complex issues as needed.
7. Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to facilitate knowledge sharing and training.
8. Assist in IT projects and initiatives, such as system upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
9. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
