IT Enterprise Architect - BIM

We are hiring an IT Architect with experience of integrating cutting-edge technologies like BIM, AI, and process mining into enterprise architecture.

About the Role:
As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the organization's technology architecture aligns seamlessly with its business strategy. Your work will focus on enabling faster time-to-market project delivery by leveraging advanced digital tools and systems.

• Developing and maintaining architecture blueprints that encompass critical stages such as Concept Design, Technical Design, and Project Execution.
• Leading the integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM) systems into the enterprise architecture to streamline project workflows.
• Exploring and implementing AI and process mining technologies to optimize decision-making, accelerate timelines, and enhance project outcomes.
• Collaborating with project management and construction teams to ensure the technology framework supports smooth execution across all phases.
• Strategising ways to enhance efficiency in capital project delivery by optimizing planning, resource allocation, and execution with advanced tools.
• Promoting cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless interaction between IT systems and project management functions.

About You:
We are looking for an accomplished professional with a strong IT and architecture background who thrives in dynamic project environments.

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced certifications in Enterprise Architecture or BIM systems are a plus.
• Over 10 years of experience in IT architecture, with a proven track record of implementing and integrating BIM systems.
• Deep expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
• Familiarity with AI and process mining tools, along with their application in improving project workflows and outcomes.
• Demonstrated success in managing architecture initiatives for large-scale projects, including design, construction, and execution phases.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with a talent for translating technical insights into actionable strategies.
• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with multiple stakeholders.
