DOO you have what it takes?
Basic Requirements
- Education Background: A bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors related to computer science and technology, software engineering, information management and information systems.
- Language Proficiency: Have good English reading and writing skills and be able to smoothly read and understand English technical documents.
Professional Skills
- ITIL Knowledge: Have an in-depth understanding of the ITIL framework, be familiar with core processes in ITIL such as incident management, problem management, change management, and configuration management. Be able to formulate and optimize service processes according to ITIL standards to ensure the standardized and process-based operation of services.
- Operating Systems and Software: Be proficient in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the Windows operating system. Be familiar with the use and troubleshooting of Office software and common office automation systems.
- Network Basics: Master network basic knowledge, including TCP/IP protocol, subnet mask, routing and switching principles, etc., and be able to conduct simple network troubleshooting.
- Fault Diagnosis and Resolution: Have strong fault diagnosis capabilities, be able to use troubleshooting methods and tools to locate and solve faults in hardware devices and software systems.
- Work Order System: Be proficient in using the work order system, be able to efficiently create, assign, track, and close work orders, ensuring that IT service requests and incidents are processed in an orderly manner.
Work Experience
- Have at least two years of work experience in IT Service Desk or related IT support positions.
- Those with experience in participating in IT service process optimization projects are preferred.
