Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Management: Oversee the IT department, ensuring effective management of staff, resources, and operations.
• Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage the annual IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.
• Operational Oversight: Monitor daily IT operations, including server hardware, software, and operating systems, to ensure seamless performance and minimize downtime.
• Technology Planning and Implementation: Coordinate technology installations, upgrades, and maintenance, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of IT services.
• Hardware and Software Procurement: Select and purchase new and replacement hardware and software, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.
• System Development and Maintenance: Test, troubleshoot, and modify information systems to ensure effective operation and optimal performance.
• Reporting and Analytics: Generate performance reports for operating systems, providing insights for data-driven decision-making.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all IT activities are performed within the parameters of applicable laws, codes, and regulations, minimizing risk and ensuring compliance.
• Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Develop and implement a network disaster recovery plan and backup procedures, ensuring business continuity and minimal disruption in the event of an outage.
