Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced IT Director to lead our technology strategy and development at Al Qaryaha Cars Auction. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both front-end and back-end development, with a proven track record in developing classified sites. This role will involve overseeing the IT team, managing projects, and ensuring that our technology solutions align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the IT strategy to support business goals.
• Oversee front-end and back-end development projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Lead the design and development of classified sites to enhance user experience.
• Manage and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Stay current with technology trends to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Extensive experience in front-end and back-end development.
• Proven experience in developing and managing classified sites.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
