About the Position: Are you enthusiastic about leveraging technology for business success? Ledgent Technology is searching for a seasoned IT Director to spearhead technology strategies that align with organizational objectives. The role involves overseeing all IT operations, from strategic planning to daily management, to ensure smooth integration of tech solutions across departments.

This position offers a direct hire opportunity with a salary range of $150,000-$175,000 and operates on a hybrid schedule based in Minneapolis, MN.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Drive IT strategic planning, encouraging innovation and resource allocation to support business goals.
• Technology Governance: Provide governance for IT activities, collaborating with stakeholders to adopt and implement new technologies.
• Project Management: Supervise IT projects for timely and cost-effective delivery, handling financial aspects like budgeting.
• Policy Development: Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and security.
• Vendor Management: Handle vendor contracts and service agreements, staying updated on technology trends.
• Business Intelligence: Develop systems for actionable business intelligence through data analysis and reporting.
• IT Infrastructure: Enhance IT infrastructure and systems, ensuring network security and disaster recovery plans.
• Cybersecurity: Implement security policies, conduct audits, and stay informed on security best practices.
• Leadership: Provide leadership to the IT team, foster a positive team culture, prioritize employee development.
• Staff Management: Manage a multi-location team, clarify roles, support employee growth, and administer internal policies.
  

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of technology management experience, with 5+ years in staff management and mentoring.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP protocols.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with data modeling software, ERP systems, and security tools.
• Familiarity with cloud service providers like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
