Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Executive to join our team at The First Group Dubai. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and Resolve IT Issues: Identify and resolve technical problems with our IT systems, hardware, and software.
• Network Management: Design, implement, and manage our network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Database Administration: Develop, implement, and maintain our database systems to ensure data integrity and security.
• IT Security: Implement and enforce robust security measures to protect our company's assets and data from cyber threats.
• Technical Support: Provide comprehensive technical support to our employees, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs efficiently.
• Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute IT projects to meet business objectives and deadlines.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of our IT assets, including hardware, software, and equipment.
• Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to our IT staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Compliance and Governance: Ensure our IT systems and processes comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications: Relevant IT certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft MCSA.
