Job Purpose

Act as key interface between the business users and the project manager; gather information, document processes, and confirm the final business requirements documents with users.

Key Accountabilities

1. Understanding business requirements from multiple stakeholders and prioritizing them.
2. Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
3. Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
4. Staying up-to-date on the latest processes and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
5. Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
6. Performing requirements analysis.
7. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful documents and reports.
8. Working closely with business users, technicians, and managerial staff to ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
9. Facilitating the right design sessions with the project implementation team.
10. Delivering the correct elements of system design, business rules, and other relevant deliverables.
11. Breaking down the technical and architectural requirements so that the entire team understands the infrastructure and technical requirements.
12. A Business Partner directly communicates with the relevant stakeholders and is responsible for transferring this knowledge to the project development teams.
13. Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
14. Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
15. Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
16. Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of demands.
17. Contributing to the achievement of Department objectives by executing/achieving the KPIs assigned by the line manager and submitting relevant supporting documents during KPIs evaluation.

Required

Total of 10 years of IT experience with 3 years of Business Analysis experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline.

Good domain knowledge in Ports, Customs, Free zone, Logistics/Trade, and broad domain knowledge in Finance, HR, Procurement, Maintenance, Integrated payment, Master data management.

Preferred

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
