Qualifications

Bachelor's in IT, Business Administration, or related field
3-5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
2-3 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Jira, and business process tools
Experience with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies is a plus
Familiarity with systems integration and enterprise-level IT applications like CRM, Salesforce, or ERP
