Job Title: IT Business Analyst

Job Location: Ajman

Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the banking domain to manage our Administration ERP and HR systems. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of banking operations, strong analytical skills, and experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and system implementation.

Role & Responsibilities

Business Analysis:

  1. Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for Administration ERP and HR systems.
  2. Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather information from stakeholders.
  3. Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  4. Develop detailed functional specifications and user stories.

System Implementation

  1. Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions.
  2. Configure and customize the Administration ERP and HR systems to meet business needs.
  3. Test and validate system functionalities to ensure quality and accuracy.
  4. Support the deployment and go-live phases of the project.

Process Improvement

  1. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Develop and document new processes and procedures.
  3. Train and educate users on system functionalities and best practices.

Data Analysis

  1. Analyze system data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  2. Generate reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators.
  3. Support data migration and integration activities.

Stakeholder Management

  1. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and vendors.
  2. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
  3. Manage expectations and resolve conflicts.

Change Management

  1. Assess the impact of system changes on business operations.
  2. Develop change management plans and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  3. Support users through the change process.

Experience Required

  1. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the banking industry, with a focus on Administration and HR systems.
  2. Strong understanding of banking operations, Administration vendor and contract management, Invoice and payment processing, Asset management, HR processes, payroll, and employee management.
  3. Experience with ERP and HR systems, such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, or similar.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  8. Knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques is a plus.
