IT Auditor

We are seeking a skilled IT Auditor with fluency in Arabic to join our team. The IT Auditor will assess and ensure the effectiveness, reliability, and security of IT systems, processes, and controls. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and an understanding of regulatory compliance standards. Proficiency in Arabic is essential to effectively communicate with stakeholders and understand local regulations.
Key Responsibilities

1. Audit Planning and Execution:
   1. Develop and execute IT audit plans and programs.
   2. Perform risk assessments of IT systems, networks, and processes to identify vulnerabilities.
   3. Conduct audits to ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
2. Control Evaluation:
   1. Assess the effectiveness of IT controls, including application controls, access controls, and change management processes.
   2. Identify weaknesses or inefficiencies in IT systems and recommend improvements.
3. Documentation and Reporting:
   1. Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, risks, and recommendations.
   2. Present audit results to stakeholders and provide actionable insights to address identified issues.
4. Collaboration:
   1. Work closely with IT, compliance, and business teams to ensure proper implementation of audit recommendations.
   2. Provide guidance and support in addressing identified risks and improving IT controls.
5. Regulatory Compliance:
   1. Ensure adherence to relevant frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, COBIT, ITIL, GDPR, and other regulatory requirements.
   2. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.
6. Language and Regional Expertise:
   1. Use Arabic fluency to effectively communicate with Arabic-speaking stakeholders.
   2. Understand and apply region-specific regulatory and compliance requirements.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an IT Auditor or in a similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of IT systems, processes, and controls.
4. Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatory.
5. Familiarity with audit tools and frameworks such as COBIT, ISO, or NIST.
6. Proficiency in risk assessment, data analysis, and problem-solving.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
8. Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or equivalent are highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in auditing ERP systems, databases, and cloud environments.
2. Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.
3. Ability to manage multiple audits and prioritize tasks effectively.
